Understanding Deposits and Our Cancellation Policy
A deposit is a financial commitment made by our valued guests as an assurance of their intent to uphold their scheduled appointments. This initial payment serves to secure the appointment and is refundable if the cancellation occurs within the stipulated free cancellation period. However, please be aware that any cancellation beyond this point will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits and their respective policies are integral to ensuring the professionalism and seriousness with which we approach appointments. The specific value of the deposit can vary, typically ranging from £50 to £100, contingent on factors such as the type of session and the artist involved. It is important to note that deposit refund and rescheduling policies are contingent upon the timing of the cancellation.
A full refund of your deposit, or the option to reschedule your appointment, is available with a minimum of 7 days' notice.
Rescheduling is possible with a 4 to 6 days' notice, but the deposit cannot be refunded.
Cancellation within 3 days or less prior to your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
We kindly remind our guests that deposits are non-transferrable to another individual.
Deposits can be conveniently remitted in person at our studio, or you may opt for the convenience of PayPal payment. Please be aware that a nominal surcharge will apply when paying via PayPal.
