What is a deposit?


Guests pay a certain amount up front, which they’ll get back if they cancel
within the free cancellation period. However, if they cancel after that point,
they won’t get the deposit back.


Cancellation and Deposit Policies


We take deposits to secure booked appointments and to make sure
customers taking their appointments seriously.
The value of the deposit is usually £100.

This amount is refundable, but only in a form of Voucher Card what can be
used for 1 year from the date it has been issued.

We require at least 4 days notice to be able to refund the Deposit or
reschedule your appointment. Failing that notice will make the Deposit lost.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

Deposits can be paid in person at our Studio or via PayPal.

If the deposit is paid via PayPal, a small surcharge will apply.
