what is a deposit?

Guests pay a certain amount up front, which they’ll get back if they cancel within the free cancellation period. However, if they cancel after that point, they won’t get the deposit back.

We take deposits to secure booked appointments and to make sure customers taking their appointments seriously.

The value of the deposit is usually £50 , but we may ask for £100 if you are getting booked for a long session.

This amount is refundable, but only in a form of Voucher Card what can be used for 1 year from the date it has been issued.

An advantage applies contrary to our Standard Voucher Cards, if you are getting your deposit refunded as a Voucher.
The Voucher you receive as a Deposit Refund, can be transferred to anyone, not like the Standard Vouchers what can be used only by the person to whom it has been purchased for. 

We require at least 4 days notice to be able to refund the Deposit or rechedule your appointment. Failing that notice will make the Deposit lost.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

Deposits can be paid in person at our Studio or via PayPal.
If the deposit is paid via PayPal, a small surcharge will apply.
